• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your Smith&Sky account.

Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from Smith&Sky. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Final Sale items are non-returnable.

To start a return, mail us on skyhearsyou@gmail.com and follow the instructions. Return shipping may be at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
